§ 1 General
Only combustible waste that is listed in the waste type catalogue approved for the TAS and for which there is valid proof of the feasibility of disposal will be accepted. Deliveries must be as free from non-combustible material as possible. The flashpoint of the material delivered must not be below 80°C; the ignition temperature not below 100°C.
Should the delivered waste not fulfil these conditions of acceptance, delivery will be refused at the TAS. Private deliveries will not be accepted.
Pollutants and mis-sorts that do not fulfil the conditions of acceptance and are not recognised until after they have been deposited in the bunker will be separated and disposed of professionally for a fee.
§ 2 Waste in dust form
Waste in dust form is only accepted in connection with binding agents or compressed so that dust formation is safely prevented when the material is treated at the TAS.
§ 3 Slurry
Slurry may only be delivered in compact form. Its DM content and shear strength must be coordinated with the TAS before delivery. It must not contain any organic solvents or free water.
§ 4 Bulky waste
Bulky waste objects whose dimensions are larger than 80 x 80cm (e.g. furniture, construction and demolition wood, wooden packaging) must be delivered individually and only after prior agreement. Metal packaging will only be accepted emptied of all residue.
§ 5 Hoses, bands and wound material
Hoses, bands, wound material etc. are only accepted if they have cut down to max. 80 cm.
§ 6 Plastic waste
The PVC content in waste that contains it must not exceed 5%. Monobatches of waste containing PVC will not be accepted.
Plastics containing fluorine (e.g. teflon, viton etc.) as well as GRP and CFRP and their fiber ingredients are not accepted.
Delivery of monobatches of other plastic waste must be agreed on beforehand with the Waste Management Logistics department.
§ 7 Liquid waste
Liquids of all kinds are excluded from acceptance.
§ 8 Permitted maximum values of harmful substances
Only non-hazardous waste (according to acceptance catalog and GCU) and the following maximum levels of pollutants are permitted:
